1 – Grinding
It is important the regulation of the grinding of the coffee. It must not be ground in a thin graduation that then produces a too bitter drink and consistently “block” the filter.
Neither the size of the particle will have to be such that allows a quick expenditure or filtration and turns out a light drink, without body.
The estimated time for a liter of drink ranges 4 minutes.
2 – Quantities
The recommended quantities for roasted coffee or roasted with added sugar coffee per liter of water are:

These quantities will vary depending on the taste or preference of the consumer
3 – Water
Water to prepare Filtered Coffee, should never be boiled, ideal temperature is around 194º F.
4 – Filtering
When the filtering is being done, water must run off continuously in the center of the coffee bed; Never draw circles with the water, since it can provoke the blocking of the filter and the drink will not result of agreeable characters.
5 – Quality
The coffee used must be fresh, of Arabic beans, with grinding for filters specified by the maker.
