- The consumption of caffeine in authorized levels, causes or increases muscle strength saving of energy in sports resistance specialties.
- It improves the physical performance in aerobic sports, i.e.: athletics.
- In specific doses it can raise blood’s glucose levels.
- Some studies have discovered that caffeine generates adrenaline rush, stimulating the cardiovascular function.
- It increases the lipolysis (the use of fat as energy)
- It acts as a glycogen saver, releasing the saturated acids.
